The board agreed to try a social warm-up with rotating partners for the first 30 minutes, then leave time for players to choose their games. The trial is intended for the remainder of 2026, with a review afterwards.

A short member survey is being prepared to understand preferred days and times, cost concerns, and what would help people return. Monday, 4–6 pm remains the current schedule.

When and where do you play?
Monday sessions run from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at The Bradley Center, 975 Shearme Rd, Coombs, BC. Sessions do not run on public holidays. Please check the club groups for the latest arrangements.
How much does it cost to play?
The October 16, 2026 meeting discussion referred to a $10 drop-in fee and $35 annual membership. Please email the club to confirm current fees and how membership applies to a first visit. Lower drop-in prices were discussed as a goal linked to attendance; no reduction was approved.
Do I need to bring my own paddle?
Ask the club about equipment availability before your visit. The club groups are the best place to confirm what you need to bring.
I’m new to table tennis. Who should I contact?
Beginners are welcome. Email the club or introduce yourself in one of the groups. Tell the organizers it’s your first visit and ask for help meeting other players.
Are the session times changing?
The board will gather feedback on preferred days and times before deciding on any change. The current session remains Monday, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check club updates before travelling.
How can I volunteer or suggest an idea?
Help with setting up tables, welcoming new players, writing club updates, or future events would support the club. Email us to talk about how you’d like to help.
Where can I find changes or cancellations?
Check the club’s Facebook or WhatsApp group before travelling. Monday sessions are cancelled whenever they fall on a public holiday.
